We are a financial company working with the INVEX FONDI trademarks. We provide business and legal consulting services both in Latvia and abroad, and we also provide international export factoring mediation services throughout Europe, Asia, and the United States.
- Purpose of processing of personal data, and categories of personal data
We process personal data related to our clients, former clients, and potential clients (personal data that is possibly processed – first name, last name, personal code, personal identification number, e-mail address, name (i.e. company name, and the like), telephone number, residence address, cookies collected during the visit of our website, information about liabilities of a person, tangible and intangible assets owned by a person, etc.).
We use cookies to obtain information about the use of our website. - Legal basis for processing of your personal data
We process your personal data based on:
- Your consent (in the case of cookies and communications);
- a contract for the provision of services between us and a client, as well as the client’s intention to enter into a contract for the provision of a service;
- our legitimate interests to develop and improve the quality of service provision, taking into account the information from cookies on our website visits, as well as the feedback from clients. Access to your personal data will only be allowed to those of our employees or individuals who provide outsourcing services, so as to enable them to perform their professional duties and fulfil a service contract.
