We are a financial company working with the INVEX FONDI trademarks. We provide business and legal consulting services both in Latvia and abroad, and we also provide international export factoring mediation services throughout Europe, Asia, and the United States.

  1. Purpose of processing of personal data, and categories of personal data

We process personal data related to our clients, former clients, and potential clients (personal data that is possibly processed – first name, last name, personal code, personal identification number, e-mail address, name (i.e. company name, and the like), telephone number, residence address, cookies collected during the visit of our website, information about liabilities of a person, tangible and intangible assets owned by a person, etc.).

We use cookies to obtain information about the use of our website. The information contained in the cookies usually does not contain any data that would allow us to identify you individually as a natural person. We will process cookies for as long as you have given consent during your visit to our website.

We process information that we have received from our client personally, or information that we collect independently, in the process of providing a service to a client.   1. Legal basis for processing of your personal data

We process your personal data based on:

- Your consent (in the case of cookies and communications);

 - a contract for the provision of services between us and a client, as well as the client’s intention to enter into a contract for the provision of a service;

- our legitimate interests to develop and improve the quality of service provision, taking into account the information from cookies on our website visits, as well as the feedback from clients. Access to your personal data will only be allowed to those of our employees or individuals who provide outsourcing services, so as to enable them to perform their professional duties and fulfil a service contract. Your personal data will not be stored or processed for a period that is longer than necessary for the aforementioned data processing purposes.

All personal data obtained from you, will be retained for as long as you use our services, or until you withdraw your consent, if your personal data is processed on this basis. A longer period of retention of personal data is permissible in order to comply with legal requirements regarding the minimum period of storage of documents or information, or to protect our legitimate interests.

Once this period has expired, we will securely delete or make your personal data inaccessible (archiving), or unidentifiable, so that it can no longer be associated with you.

The duration of retention of personal data may be based on our mutual agreement, on our legitimate interests.
