The most complicated part of any project implementation is fund raising. INVEX FONDI major partners are from Germany and US, but we also work with partners in Custom Union countries and EU countries. Thanks to our partners we have attracted investors whose co-financing has made possible for Latvian entrepreneurs to realize EU supported projects in the amount of 50 000 000 EUR.

The terms and conditions of such services are always subject to individual consideration. In this case no standardization is possible. This is an opportunity for project implementation if the idea initiator has no funds. The major thing that the businessman should keep in mind is that in this case he or she will have a business partner, but the conditions are agreed individually in each case. 

Before the client is offered a partner, it is possible to visit the potential foreign investor in his country and to evaluate thus our abilities and make sure that our efforts are serious and that we cooperate with serious investor groups and are honest in choosing the investor. When the co-funding issue for project implementation is solved, the next step is getting a loan from Latvian credit institution.

Taking into account our high education level and vast experience in solving similar issues, this project stage is usually not complicated.
